My team delivered regionally localized content that reflected seasonal trends, cultural nuance, and contributor priorities—while supporting key platform goals around SEO, engagement, and customer conversion. To ensure consistency and scale, I led the development of internal training materials that enabled new curators to maintain quality and cultural relevance from day one.
