I'm a Creative Director and AI strategy leader based in NYC, specializing in the intersection of high-craft creative work and machine learning systems. I develop strategic creative briefs, direct visual strategy, and translate creative judgment into the training datasets and quality benchmarks that power generative AI—bridging product organizations, engineering, and creative teams with a systems-minded, collaborative approach. My work spans creative and content leadership at Adobe, Google, National Geographic, Disney, Yahoo, Getty Images, and Corbis. At Adobe, I led a 12-person global team of visual and creative content experts, directing photo and video creative development across Adobe Stock's diverse portfolio while shaping creative strategy for Firefly's model refinement—partnering with Product, researchers, and computer scientists to define image, motion, audio, and metadata quality standards across 500M+ assets. At Google, I led visual strategy for Google Maps' global contributor community across social and content marketing, while partnering with ML teams to establish visual evaluation criteria for Maps' image ranking systems. I've developed creative briefs for brand campaigns, led visual direction of new and curated content, shaped content policy with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Compliance teams, and built scalable workflows that balance creative innovation with technical precision. Whether writing strategic creative briefs for brand campaigns, defining "golden sets" for AI model training, or leading cross-functional teams to shape content systems at scale, I bring deep creative craft and strategic systems thinking to everything I do.
